On Saturday, the 34th edition of the Abu Dhabi Rally began in the desert, where the qualifying stage was held over a distance of 11 km. The competitions will continue until February 27. Participants will face challenges starting with the stage "Mazirafa", followed by a two-day marathon in the camp, after which they will race at maximum speed in the fifth stage, finishing in Abu Dhabi.
A press conference about the rally was held at the historic fortress Al-Jahili in Al-Ain, attended by more than 150 participants of the event. Prominent guests present at the event included Mohammed bin Salem, a distinguished guest and founder of the Abu Dhabi Rally in the desert, as well as Talal Al-Hashimi, the executive director of the event sector in the Abu Dhabi Council.
